Gibbings Consulting Ltd. was responsible for all aspects of this project, which consisted of the following:

• A review of the socio-economic impact of the Airport to the local community
• An analysis of the local community’s air service needs
• A review of existing airport facilities and infrastructure
• Identification of infrastructure expansion / upgrade requirements, including development of an infrastructure capital plan
